IMO both are inferior to the original R6 titles on PC.

Vegas 2, mostly because, while it seems like a carbon copy of Vegas 1 in every way, I really enjoy being able to rank up playing the SP game. Sometimes I'm not in the mood to play online or I cant because of the crappy university network and I enjoy being rewarded for putting my time into the game either way I decide to play it.
