Not just any music... If you watch closely the corpse is dancing to the music...

*starts humming*

"Dance... to the music.... Dance... to the music"

*dances badly*

I'm surprised the game ran that long before crashing with all that action going on.

What "action"? Is the dead break dancing henchman not enough of a bug? You want the game to crash also?

Oh no's... You've been brain washed by Ubisoft!!! You now actually like bugs!!! I knew it!!! I knew that they put subliminal messages in SCDA!!!

Hah I had that problem... It only happend to me once. I can never figure out why I seem to have the "better", "less buggy" version of the game. *Shrug*

No comments on the vid though http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-indifferent.gif I didn't watch it.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

i gotta hand it to you mate http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif you've spendt more quality time on that nice video, than Ubisoft did porting the game to pc and play test both the xbox 360 and pc version together.

So... Ubisoft spent only one hour to develope the entire game? Hmm... If that was the case I'm actually not too mad about the game. LOL

Arg hopefully when my new card arrive <b style="color:black;background-color:#a0ffff">Ubi[/b] would have released the patch that fixes *everything*...

They spent more than 1 hour on making the game yes http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif but converting it from Xbox 360 to PC and then play testing it on both xbox 360 and PC they used 1 hour or less yes http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

You (like me) probably just have a better maintained system than most http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif (Don't get me wrong guys, I do get bugs, just not that many)

I'm thinking of doing an assault-style video of SCDA, leaving no-trace stealth behind, and instead letting Sam break out the guns... with a few twists. In the few tests that I've done so far, I find it to actually be more of a challenge than just never being noticed.

Here are the rules:

1. Sam can use deadly force at will, but cannot be detected by doing so. Any detection, while it may not technically end the game, is a violation of the rules and will be considered a mission failure. Edit: There are enemies that will cause an automatic "detected" status for about 3 seconds whenever you grab or kill them (i.e. prisoners in Ellsworth), no matter how you approach them. Assuming no one else sees you, your alert meter will return to normal within 5 seconds. I think this level of detection is acceptable as long as the guard doesn't yell/emote that he's seen you (and no one else sees you taking him down).

2. The maximum number of characters must be eliminated unless killing them means the mission will end prematurely. If a killing blow is prohibited but a knockout is acceptable, then the character must be knocked out. However, if there is a choice between killing a character and knocking them out, they must be killed. This presents a challenge since knockouts are often silent but fatal moves are often anything but.

3. Only the minimum number of objectives can be completed so that Sam is constantly teetering on the edge of losing trust with both the JBA and NSA organizations. An objective can be completed only if it is either required to end the mission or if it will prevent a full trust-loss that might end the game early.

I'm choosing to take Sam on a murderous rampage. While I would be the first to agree that it doesn't fit his character to do so (and I've always loved the human touch that Michael Ironside has imparted with his performances in the role and buy the SC games primary for the great stories they tell), I'm considering this to be more of a gameplay challenge that, in a lot of ways, forsakes the core of what I believe Splinter Cell should be. However, I've always appreciated the freedom <b style="color:black;background-color:#a0ffff">UBI[/b] has put into the game but have rarely tested how far I can take it. In that mindset, I've created this challenge, and I think it'll be interesting to see how it turns out.

So far no funny bugs, just lots of crashes and BSoD (I have not seen so many bsod since windows 95).

First time I tried the infamous Shanghai level the game turned VERY weird... All sounds are gone except footsteps! WTF?

The game even crashes when I stay in the equipment list too long! WTF?

I got a new video card for this? WTF?

Oh well at least Oblivion looks amazing.

If you guys have suggestions for rules, feel free to list them... I want to make it as challenging as can be. Thinking of trying to institute some kind of time limit so that you can't just wait for every nearly-alert guard to calm down....
