Which video compression codecs do you use? I need good quality and small video size.

Drop you final movie into it, and choose an audio codec (like mpeg3, 128kbps, 32khz, stereo) and video codec (like divx6 1250kbps, multipass). These are good codecs for publishing.

Or if you want to keep high quality clips on your hard drive then use Huffyuv (a lossless codec)

Just a note, you do know it is better to try and work with uncompressed clips to make the video, and only compress at the end. This avoids loss in quality by compressing twice. At worst, compress raw clips with Huffyuv.
HuffYUV 2.1.1 (http://www.free-codecs.com/download/HuffYUV.htm)
