I am currently playing red alert 3(with no expansions) and it has an incredible storyline compared to endwar. I was thinking in endwar 2 they should use human actors instead of screens with faces on them that don't move and voices http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/shady.gif. So if you have an idea to make the storyline better...well, post it.

No way to live actors, do you see how cheezy Red Alert 3 and C&C 3's acting is? Just imagine how cheezy EndWar 2 would be then.

Cutscenes are a must. Especially in-game ones.
They can be put in at linear sections of story and when something major happens, such as if Russia conquers the EF Capital there would a cutscene of Russian troops marching through the streets past EF corpses and destroyed vehicles.

Well yes, cutscenes are a must... but please, no live action ones.
The type of cutscenes I'm thinking of would be ones like World in Conflict, sometimes during a mission the game pauses and you see some fights up-close, or maybe a cutscene where your colonel you have chosen is in the Command Vehicle (e.g. You chose Battlegroup 20 for the EFEC and you are Colonel Hans Jaeger inside a Charlemagne Command Vehicle co-ordinating the battle with that touch-3D screen thing from the EndWar trailer, there is a different voice actor for each colonel and they each give different remarks e.g. Antonia Maldini says something about Rainbow Six to another colonel who served in Rainbow Six (enemy perhaps? he has to fight an old friend like Arkadi Novikov) Although, if it would cost Ubisoft Shanghai too much to get even more voice actors to fill those roles then scrap that idea about the colonels saying things), fighting in Paris and General Amadou de Bankole gives you a voice message to grant access for the High Energy Laser WMD just to get rid of the invading force.
Thats what I think the cutscenes should be about.

There should definitely be cutscenes in an endwar 2 just little things to immerse the player in the game more. Like your mission briefing in a darkened briefing room with a high tech screen that has all the mission details and you Intelligence Officer (e.g Major Dennison,JSF) explaining it you and the ability swivel your head around and see nerds (Electronic Warfare Officers) tapping on their keyboards.
During a battle when your units talk to you the animated face of the captain or lieutenant should pop up in the corner of the screen and report to you . This has being done when you call supports and in numerous tom clancy hames like ghost recon and HAWX, an air combat game can do it, so why cant endwar 2? this would give a face to the troops your commanding which is exactly what that donkey creative director Michael De Plater was raving about with Endwar.
After a battle a brief clip should show replaying the key and exciting moments while the colonel reports the outcome. Little things like this would be nice little touches in Endwar 2. Post your feedback and please take a look at this ubi devs! Youre always talking about improving storyline and depth!
