Help needed with Hacking Terrorist Data Port

Hi Nubie here to the site. For some reason my boyfriend and I can't get past trying to hack the terrorist data port in the theater. Jung starts the hack but no matter what we do the terrorists blow up the data port thus ending the game.
We have tried to go up to the second floor and shoot down, tried the turet and tried several vantage points from the stage but still no luck.
Any suggestions?

i have the same problem.
i sent my partner to hack the computer once,during that time i was protectiing him with the machine gun.
once it was done we went back and we try to reach the chopper but the game was still asking me to go to the computer and now try to retrieve informations in the computer.
we went back to the computer ...and...nothing....
my mission was to go to the computer instead of going to the chopper...
