No Context Menu

I have loaded the game on my Acer laptop.
I can't get any of the right menu options to work.
Clicking right mouse causes nothing to happen.
Both in the first tutorial level or in the free map game.

Any ideas?

When you say clicking right mouse, do you mean that after left clicking to select a serf, or Dario, right clicking a spot on the map doesn't work? as you have to left click on a serf , soldier, or your hero, before you can get them to do anything, left click selects, right click performs the desired action.

Yes, left click is fine.
I can select anyone, all the other controls seem to work.
I can't get right click to work I can't see any context menus
