Looking in some skills on Homm4 (Melee for example gives firts strike on expert and second attackon gm, Scouting gives all kind of viewing)
I think thats better almost all skills have no only percentage, but some additional abilities.
For example Tactics can allow troops clumb on castle walls chanse to resist mind spell, negate first strike e.t.c...
Melee (HOMM3) can take chanse on atack w/o retalation, stunning opponent and chanse of double damage.
Resistanse cangive chanse to cure, to reflect spell e.t..c...
I not know many about Wake Of Gooods add on for HOMM 3 but guys do some skill improvment.
What your ideas?
