how can i run black knight mod?

the black knight mod dosent work
also i read that this mod replace only wights
i want to ask is there some mod that is placing detah knight as lvl 6 creture and
wights as lvl 7(replacment for bone and shadow drakes)
and when there is how did it work and where can i downlod it?

lol i cant run it too! i extract folders and nothing happens!!. I tried to turn those files in to a pak file but didnt worked here, darn i wanna obliterate my enemies with them , had to say it was my favo critta on heroes 3 with that freakin' cursin'hit and that lovely sword ripping lotsa crittas!!! just wanna know if i Must put that folder/s inside the pak file , the one i cant open with notepad cause too big for it (lol windows is a devoted of recycle and dont wanna waste paper even if virtual)
