From where u got the info about the 3-bladed prop? After some different source in my lib the Ki-84 had 4-bladed prop from prototyp status throughout the whol prodction.

Luthier doesn't appear to have posted here since around March - and IL2Center still has some hacker's gibberish as the last update. Anyone able to confirm that the gentleman hasn't met with foul play?

I havent corresponded with him directly, but I know someone who has (Starshoy). I can assure you this gentleman is alive....

A Ki-84 with a three bladed prop could posibly be based on the 1945 prototype development version of the Ki-84, designated the Ki-116. The Ki-116 having a 1500hp Mitsubishi Ha-32 engine and three bladed prop. Basically, this was a 'lightweight' development due to resource limitations within Japan near Wars end.

This is work in progress.

As far as I can tell, that is one of the Il2 propeller blades, so it still hasn't changed. I am sure thta he knows, and if not, he probably know by now.
