Repeating mission

I was playing Silent Hunter 4 and I noticed that anytime that I start a new mission it is the same (to "insert agent in Katsuura"). I have already completed this mission 2 or 3 times with in same career. I just started this career in this is the only mission I am being assigned. Does anybody have a potential solution? There is a solution in the Trigger Maru 1.4 mod. Be sure to check the readme file.
