Ubi's login server won't let me and my friend login at the same time. I bought the steam version and sent him the DVD retail copy that I used to use. The Ubi login wouldn't let us both login, so he bought the steam version also. But the Ubi login server will kick one of us off if the other logs in.
Ubi support told me I needed to go to the forum and contact a moderator. Any moderators out there?

It sounds like you are both using the same login information.
If your friend bought the game on Steam, he needs to create his own account.
The user name and password you used for this forum should work for you, but your friend needs his own.

We have our own Ubi accounts. In fact we created second Ubi accounts to see of that would fix it, but it didn't. We four Ubi accounts, 3 copies of the game, and 2 Steam accounts. We have several shooters that we play online together. But this is the only one that we have this issue with. All our other games ( not Ubi games ) work perfectly.

Also, my son's computer. Which has his own Ubi login, his own Steam account, and his own Steam copy of R6V2. Which is on the same network as mine can host online, and my friend, and anyone, can connect to. They play fine together, but if I login to Ubi, in the game, the Ubi login server boots him. He's still in the game and has Internet, but has to log back onto Ubi. When he logs back on I get booted, but still in game( no crashes). All the while my son's server is running fine with him playing with a fourth person online.

That really sounds like the server is picking up both of your accounts as one.
That usually only happens if you are using the same key.
Just having separate accounts won't work if you use the same key.
If you both have your own key, then you might try sending a trouble ticket to Ubisoft.
But ... Good luck with that!!
