Notifications – How do you set up email notifications?


The forums allow members to set up email notifications. These notifications can cover anything from private messages, to new posts in a thread you’re following and so on.

To Set up Email Notifications.....

Select the ‘GO’ tab in the top left hand side of the forums
Select ‘Personal Zone’
Select ’Notifications’

From here you can add, remove or edit your notifications.

Notifications can be set up to alert you of new PT’s or forum posts on threads you’ve subscribed to.

They can be set to alert you immediately, or by a daily or weekly digest email. You can also turn off all notifications and receive none as you chose.

<UL TYPE=SQUARE>Once in the Notifications screen select ‘edit’ next to the notification group you wish to set. This will open a new window in which you can select how and when you wish to receive your notifications.
Once you’ve selected your chosen option simply click ‘Update My Notifications’[/list]

How to remove all subscriptions?

Once in the Notification screen place a tick in the ‘Remove All Subscriptions’ box at the bottom of the screen.
Then ‘Update’

How to suspend subscriptions?

If you’re going on holiday or will be offline for a little while suspending subscriptions is a great way to stop emails for the moment without having to set up subscriptions again on your return.

To suspend subscriptions place a tick in the ‘Suspend All Subscriptions’ box at the bottom of the screen
