hey i am having problems getting out of the spinning crack into the control room with a big gear on the floor. every time i get into the crack and it comes around to the other room if i try and walk out i will walk out and then turn around and my character will walk back into the non-existant crack and then fall out of the level. i have all the latest patches and drivers

Hmm, reset the book, the little nubbin underneath it, and try again ?

I've...not heard of or seen this problem before. Have you tried a nice running jump?

ya i tried running and jumping and no luck either but just restarted the game and it worked fine, dont know if its a universal bug or just a one time thing but thought i would just post anyways so you guys know. peace

The only time I've had something like that occur is when I had tabbed out and came back and the system had put Uru completely into virtual memory in the meantime.

Threshld1 -- I've had the same problem -- I posted another message elsewhere in the forum . . . I have a hard time getting through into the "gear room" and when I do, I always get "sucked" back in, and then I see black, hear jungle noises, and fall . . . It's making me absolutely crazy . . . nice to know someone else is having the same problem (I was beginning to think I was an idiot . . ) Have you had any luck with it yet?
