What is does it mean? How to resolve it?

It means the Launcher has become corrupted, you'll need to un-install it through the windows add/remove software in the Windows control panel, not the whole game, just the launcher. and then re-install it from the DVD. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
