Where to go after 1st conversation between 2 ladies

After becoming Sandwraith, when I come back to central hall, I saw the conversation between Shahdee and Empress. Objective is to "Find a way to Throne room".

Don't know where to proceed ?

Basically the conversation started when you come to the MAIN entrace to the Garden Tower.

After the conversation, back-track to the activation room of the Garden Tower to turn the island fron Past to Present to continue your destination.

After this, return back upstairs until the Dahaka finds. He then grabs you and throw you downwards somewhere like 50 feet below.

Now its your turn to move. Follow then path to the other parts of the island.

Say to fight Empress(2nd time) do I need to get all the life upgrade i.e. 2 circles ? I've so far 5 life-upgrades. To get other life upgrades I need to start from prev. save game.

The fight is very tough. especially the tornadoes.Can't seem to pass the fight.

Any suggestions ?

It helps you to have all the health that is possible. Finding all nine life upgrades gives you the most health possible.
There are gamers who pride themselves on defeating the game in "x" hours without any life upgrades.
But, most of us need all the help that we can find.
