It's clear the Might and Magic: Heroes Kingdoms isn't an actual Ubi product but a licensed and outsourced offshoot. However, they claim your label and all rights to be considered as an Ubi title, so I'm forced to accept that claim even as the cadre of illuminati/admins far-removed run it into the ground.

The level of service, professionalism, and committment to quality is far from what I've experienced in other Ubi games and even from other Might and Magic titles. Besides just ruining the nostalgia (I grew into gaming on Might and Magic among several other titles), it's also ruining for me the trust in the Ubi brand.

If it's acceptable to simply offload the Ubi name and brand without any committment to quality or service there, what can I truly expect from flagship products? Once that line is crossed, is there truly any immutable committment to anything that can be trusted?

I've owned or played over 20 displayed Ubi titles; met professionally with Ubi staff at several conferences; and found your staff in Canada, Europe, and American to be of the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I have no expectation that my opinion is critical, but this experience with a product I assumed would be guided by the same committment has been a severe disappointment to me and called into question the bulk of my assumptions about the Ubi product-suite, brand, and culture. It will not lead me to immediate action regarding other Ubi products, but it's set a precedent that if supported by another bad experience will inevitably lead me to assume a pattern of poor quality.
