Hello, I just signed up. I have my own website called Hyper MegaMan. If you want to visit it, here's the URL: http://www.freewebs.com/mike15000
so come and see some of the movies and comics I made sometime. So, what do people usually do around here?

Generally speaking if we exclude the spammers, people would buy a Myst game (adventure, solo)
and start on a very long journey. There are 5 Myst games: Myst, Riven, Exile, Revelation and the last one Myst V. You could also play Uru Complete Chronicles (a game that came out after Revelation with some of the same characters) and now, since a few weeks, you could go and play live in UntilUru. For more infos about this one...click here (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/746109302/m/3561092124/r/3561092124#3561092124)
Or click on my signature at the bottom of my reply, link to the Myst Embassy, click on the front doors and once inside, check all the infos by clicking the books on each pedestal.
If you intend to start a Myst quest, I would suggest you buy the first three games in the same box (newer version,Mac and windows XP compatible) called " Myst 10th Anniversary, DVD Edition. Read for the min requirements on the box before buying.
If you do, I would bet you would be here very often in the futur. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

CK, I'm not sure what you mean by "bonus," but the Anniversary Edition that I bought (in addition to the original editions of all the games, plus RealMyst) did not have any bonus. I got it so that I could have Myst Masterpiece Edition, which does not have the extra material that RealMyst has (if that's what you meant).

realMYST is not included in any of the Myst compilations, and unless you own a Mac, is incredibly hard to come by (Apple, however, is still selling the Mac port in their retail stores, yay Apple).
Myst Masterpiece Edition does not include Rime, which was introduced in realMYST (and which came out after MME), and is pretty much the only substantial new bonus content in realMYST (aside from the cool, shiny aspects like rain and day/night cycles).

Hi Alahmnat,
Mike15000 wanted to know what he could do on this forum and this new thread of his, is going to be a fine example.
Thanks for the update on this RealMyst business.
I am still on a learning path.

And I apologize that my post was not clearer. I did not mean to imply that RealMYST was a part of the Anniversary edition. I meant that I had purchased RealMYST in addition to all of the original games, and that I was purchasing the Tenth Anniversary Edition so that I could also have a copy of Myst Masterpiece Edition. Al is correct about Rime.
For some reason my CD drive has decided to ignore my copy of RealMYST, which is a shame, because after playing all three versions, I have found that RealMYST is my favorite, and I'd dearly love to play it again. I don't know if the problem is the disk or the drive, but either way it is a big disappointment.
