I want to know what some of your opinions are on games. Which to you are some of the absolute must haves or the games worth noting? Currently, I own Gears Of War, WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2007 and Quake 4, I'm really open to any kind of game except for Racing sims and the Madden series. I'm a huge THPS fan myself. I was disapointed with THUG 2 and barely satisfied with THAW (but i loved the soundtrack). I recently downloaded the project 8 demo and it's amazing. Being a skater, I loved messing with the nail the trick function. I kept trying things like Hardflip underflips, tre flip underflips, heelflip late shove its and the like. That's something I'll be picking up in the future for sure.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

I didn't mean anything bad by it. It's just that as compared to current standards (graphically, mostly), there aren't a lot of people who are willing to sit down with this game anymore. Game's more than 15 years old, after all.

"Other forums" would refer to sites and communities that have a thing for nostalgia, and of course, competitive fighting game communities (like Shoryuken.com).

Likewise, I'm not nearly as good in the games I play you guys mostly in, and I'm still here, in the "wrong forum". :P

But yeah, agreed, it was very fun playing with you guys. Good while it lasted. :P<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

I recommend:

1. SCDA - only if you have XBL though, because the SP is very short and MP is where you would get more out of the game.

2. R6:Vegas - played a demo and its one of the best games this year. Also, got great reviews from everyone!

3. Saints Row - it might be a rip-off from GTA, but it is done VERY well. simple storyline with a lot of missions and lots to do. also with a multiplayer online. The SP will last you a while though, its kind of lenghty.

How about trying some XBL Arcade games?<div class="ev_tpc_signature">
