Hi im new in Movie Making

I read I must register me to use the new Fraps... Where can I do it???
And witch programmes did I need???
Are there some settings for recording the movie in BMP's in IL2 like Counter Strike? like record test.dem and the starmovie a 30 ....

Most of us use Windows Movie Maker 2 to edit the clips and put them together.....
