X360 vs PC gameplay way..

Hey.

I have heard that the PC version of this game will be more "tactical" than the X360 version.. like the 3D command map, where you can order your mates to go from A to B for example.. like you could in GR1.

Is this true? and wont the X360 version get anything like that ?

Well I'm sure there is some truth to the pc version being more "tactical". It's the reason they made the pc version to start with....it's what the pc gamers wanted.

On the other hand GRAW on the 360 will also be "tactical" though no one at this point can really say how much in comparison to the pc version. But it seems like GRAW on the 360 is probably a little more...mainstream I guess you could say.

But anyway, from what I have seen on the 360 trailers and videos it looks the map is really detailed and does look like you can tell your guys where to go. I could be wrong but the single player looks fairly tactical from what I have seen.

The multiplayer I'm not so sure about right now. Looks nice but you seem to run a little to fast imo. Though I'm going to wait and see for myself before I decide.

Im honeslty not sure what to get yet.. the PC version or X360.. i just bought 360.. and only got a couples of demos on it.. and really want this game on it.. but i am the more tactical guy, instead for just run'n'shoot..

So hopefully there will be a demo for both the systems. so i can decide what to choose.. mainly i wanna go for X360 since i just bought that and a lovely HDTV http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif , and the trailers looks very cool.. the 1UP show etc.. is there a PC trailer that got a tactical "show-off" ? so we can see how it looks like ? for comparisation..

No pc trailer yet.

They are two different games for the most part I believe.

Get both. Like I said I think the single player is going to be A LOT more tactical than Ghost Recon 2 was on the xbox.

You can't really go wrong with either version imo. Though if you are wanting a hardcore sim type game it's probably going to be the pc version.

a mate of me sayd to me that the X360 version will only get Coop in offline or something.. not 100% sure what he meant though.

is that true, or will the 360 version have fully online coop?

The 360 version will have offline and online co-op, online is up to 16 players playing co-op, but the more the players the more the enemy and the harder it is i believe...
