More operatives mod for single player

Hi, I was just wondering if there was a mod out there that allowed me to put more operatives in my missions in single player (the campaign ones) than just 8. It just seems very unrealistic to me that a SWAT team would deploy only 8 men when they have acess to so much more. I've always heard of GSG9 raids, or SWAT rescues and they always have tons of people... but I degress. I was just wondering if there was anything out there that allowed me to put more people in. And if it's already on these forums and I missed it, I'm sorry. Thanks for any help.

There's no such mod that I have ever seen. If you think eight players is too few, R65 that is due out this fall has only three operatives, last I heard.
