HELP -I brought Heroes 5 & can't play it!!

I don't know much about computers, but I have a laptop, compaq presario (about 1 year old) & I haven't had any issues with the other games. Is all lost??? Does anyone have any thing I can do? Well, without knowing your computer specs...I'd make an educated guess and say that you either don't have a video card, or you don't have one that meets the minimum requirements. Especially considering it's a laptop.

Try the tech forum for H5. I'm sure you can find some answers there.
