Starting Monday, we're kicking off the Royal Flush Series (http://microsites.ign.com/rb6aces/) for Rainbow Six Vegas with IGN. Ubisoft is putting up $100,000 for players who can beat the Frag Dolls. Every team that wins against us gets $2000.

You dont get to pick your team. They open up a dedicated server and whoever gets in plays. Kinda lame but the logistics to schedule actual clans would probably be a nightmare. Anyone remember the lockdown tourney and what a pain in the arse that was?<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

And just a little fyi, 4 of the Frag Dolls have only been playing for a couple of days due to the holidays, work, and travel that occured when the game came out. We are not unbeatable by any means and one ringer could throw it lol.

That was fun last night. I sure needed the practice. I've been traveling a bunch since RSV was release and haven't been able to play much. I think I'm picking it up pretty quick, though.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Yea the mic's are a big problem. Everytime I join a room I could only hear 1 person. I joined Aumike a few nights back but he was the only 1 I heard.

I too noticed that I could not hear people when I was playing Friday. I joined mid-game. I ended up leaving the room and then came back when they were in the lobby. Everything worked fine after that. I was able to "Hear the wind." so to speak.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

i'm thinking they chose "German" because not too many people are playing there, thus they won't be inundated with people who happen upon the game by coincidence. i'm glad there aren't any games popping up, so i don't have to scroll through anything.

I finally saw the lobby with Valkyrie FD in it after 75 minutes of refreshing. I tried to join and it said "Session Full". So I tried to join like 10 times in a row. Same thing. So I refreshed and now it's gone again and I can't get the lobby to reappear.

i got that too, but haven't refreshed, i just keep trying to join the same room, for when the match ends and a spot hopefully opens up. hope that works.

You have to get in via optimatch. I have a few of the ladies on my list, but they're all showing offline and avoid anyone joining. And don't invite your buddies either... Valkyrie is psychic and she'll cut you if you do that.

Yeah Moe, unfortunately the Vermont and Maryland state rules about contests don't allow this kind of contest, or something. I'm not sure of the details but I know that the different state laws regarding rules get in the way of our nationwide competitions.

I've updated the parameters for our matches on the blog. You can see them here (http://www.fragdolls.com:4321/us/blog.php?doll=rhoulette) but I'll point out the specifically updated parts:

Note about Game Mode: We may play some objective modes as the series goes on. Refer back to FD.com or to the IGN microsite each day before 7pm to check the match settings.

In order to prevent everyone from spending all three hours each night trying to get on, we are going to try to play 3 games an hour and have the room open for joining AROUND the following times (note: all times are PACIFIC):

9:00
9:20
9:40

Try for the few minutes before and after those times for the best chance of getting in.

The official rules ARE listed now since earlier today, I believe. We're still playing Sharpshooter today and probably will play it the majority of the days. That's what we've been practicing so that's our preference, but we have intended to mix it up all along, it simply hadn't been listed yet. Ubisoft has encouraged us to show off the different modes of the game which is why switching game modes has always been planned.

Hopefully I addressed your concern. I can't really tell since the following sentence is totally incomprehensible:

Now that the 'official' rules have been posted on the official tourny site. It clears up sooo many questions.

Twizms, I read in there that if you win, an email will be sent witin 2 weeks of your victory. It will be sent to the email used on your xlive account. You then have 72 hour to respond to it or you forfeit your prize. You can go read now since it's finally posted.

Although it may be made of bad light, or whining. Rules are important for any tourny. People need to be informed of the official guidlines BEFORE they enter or decide to enter a tournament as such. Not everyone knows to look on the fd site, or in the blog section.

Just be organized. Be on time. Don't blame others getting frustrated, for not producing what your responsible for.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

My whole point really wasn't about actually changing anything. That's pretty good, and yes I can relate. I feel bad because you can't join a game in progress without losing your communicator, and everyone else in the room is screaming "start the game already". Slick can probably attest to this on more than one occassion. I'd send an invite and wait and wait for him to join. after a while, we'd start, then he'd show up, then leave the game, and repeat(half the night).<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

WOOT, i finally got in the match and i gotta say. It was fun as hell, i was suprised at the amount of communication the 4 of us had being complete strangers and really acted as a group, covering certain points, yelling out enemy positions and im proud to say We came out victorious. This is the Christmas magic i needed this year, just had my wisdom teeth taken out monday and 800 bucks goes toward that bill while 250 for car insurance just this month alone which left no room for gifts. I wonder if you're talking about the XM26 LSS shotgun.

If so, you should NOT be able to fire that thing on full-auto, or even semi-auto. In real-life it's a repeater. You have to **** ( <-- lol, it won't let me say "caulk") it after each shot.

Ubi should be patching that, but I don't see it in the buglist for the upcoming patch.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

The range to damage ratio is to high on that shotty. They definately messed that up. And the SPAS shouldn't be pump action.

Still if you can find a game where the host doesn't ban them. They are definately the unstoppable weapon of choice. Personally, I run with the MP-9.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

IIRC, the real-life Spas 12 can be either semi-auto or pump action.

First off, I'd like to thank the girls for the opportunity to play in this contest. I've played in a few rooms with some of you before, nothing too memorable though.

At the same time, I have yet to hear anything from the IGN Rep on my friend's list and I have a bunch of friends who have yet to hear anything as well. Furthermore, I have friends who received an initial message shortly after their win stating "their info would be collected in a few days" and have heard nothing since. I've even sent the IGN Rep a polite message asking what info was needed/when it would be collected, and received no response. Add to this the fact that the rep takes frequent 5-7 day breaks between gaming sessions. I'm starting to think that I'm never going to hear from an IGN rep. What's going on with this contest; is there somebody at IGN those of us who have heard nothing can contact in order to get things sorted out? It would be nice to hear something from anybody associated with the contest...at least it's some form of communication.

Nothing against you girls, it's just a little frustrating to sign into XBL/e-mail everyday and see no progress. Anyway, congrats on the CPL win in Dallas.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">
