I'm trying to compose a program that allows you to be squadron commander and manage/assign your assetts (planes,ordnance,fuel,replacements) and your aircrews ala the old Strike Commander. I need some initial help if anyone knows how FB assigns aircrews, determines the advancement and medals of those not in your mission, and the disposition of damaged aircraft and aircrews after missions. AND if I'm re-inventing the wheel that someone else has done please let me know that too.
