In a sense... im kinda glad they didnt add it. It gives topic of discussion.

For example, my friend only has ps2, i have xbox and ps2, but i only onw a ps2 for GTA and FF.

Friend is gonna go "haha, your ****ty xbox didnt get the water technique"

And in my most sarcastic voice possible i get to say "yeah, thats ****ed man =(" then im gonna say "so, when are yall getting new maps?"

I would love to have the water move..but eh. atleast we can have beatiful shadows, lightning, bump-mapping, online co-op and SvM.
