Cant get the DLC Pack

As the title states, I cant get the DLC pack. It tells me to log in, I log in, it takes me to the Avatar Game Homepage, I click the DLC link, then click the GET CONTENT button, it asks me to log in, I log in, it takes me to the Avatar Game Hompage...and so on and so forth...what the hell is wrong with that?

Oh...nevermind. I see that yet another games company is screwing over its EU customers once again and not giving them the DLC that everyone else gets.

Way to go Ubisoft...lame.
