My KI is gone

My Ki has vanished. Also I am unable to go anywhere in the nexus. Where the Ki should be, all it has is a text line that says "chat" at the bottom of the screen. I had another problem earlier in the day, but it seemed to resolve itself. I've done all the standard fix tips without success. Could this be another server or bug issue?

You try going to the gahreeson and just trying to refetch it?
