Can't access exclusive content, please help.

I've signed up with Ubisoft, my PSN screenname is the exact same as my Ubi one, when I press triangle on the opening menu the screen turns grey and the game restarts.
I've noticed a few others talk about the issue but as far as I know it's never been fixed or addressed.

That happened to me the first time, but it was because the console wasnt connected to internet. If thats not the problem then i dont know what can it be ... http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif
