Cant Install Help!!!!!!!

Every time i try to install i get a message that reads dm data error cylic redundancy check at 56 percent then it exits the whole installation
Ive installed the latest directx but it still doesnt work and i have a dell demension E510. Please Help!

It's a dvd problem. The best thing would be to replace it.
