Look I know that us having DC is as much BS as everything else in war 1, but this stupid war will never end if every game we have to defend DC again and can't just go and get more territories.

Quite. Like I said, even though it was bull****, we have DC. We shouldn't spend every turn defending it in seige. Instead we need to continue on every once in a while so we can finaly end this ridiculous war.

Then don't play it, even if you loose the battle you will never loose the territory....and you're gonna get north Europe next turn...
