Can someone gift me Silent Hunter IV + Uboat missions on Steam?

Hi, I am looking to buy Silent Hunter IV + U boat missions. Kinda hard to get a hold on here in Norway. I use Steam, and have bought Silent Hunter III there. I guess they sell IV in Steam North-Amerika.

Can anybody gift it to me?

And do anybody know if it is possible to gift across steams zone restrictions?

If someone gives you a copy of SH4 or the Expansion, …..and that copy originally came on a disk; .....then they must also send you the disk: Otherwise, an illegal copy has been created.

If the copy in question came from a download source, then they cannot make a copy of it for you without violating their agreement with the download vendor. (....At least that is the case with all the on-line sources I am aware of.)

......But, of course, if they got it via a download, they can always direct you to that vendor.

Yeah, Im with you on that one, klcarrol.

STEAM is strictly downloaded content. I would use paypal to pay whomever who can gift it to me via Steam.

I would be just like buying a copy of the game, and sending it to me in the mail.
