wondering what the UBI folk (esp. Jade, Patrice ) think about the response to the game...while it's only been a little over 2 weeks, the game's been selling like hot cakes, and there have been countless reviews with extremely varied scores...

does anyone have links to any post-release interviews?

There HAVE been interviews, but all I've heard Jade say is "We need a vacation". You could try searching youtube. Lots of interviews on there.
