This is the lamest copout message of the entire duration of the internet. Cookies and cache have nothing to do with websites working/not working.
The only thing this does is hinder your internet usage. I don't know about you, but I like when I type in my search bar and it auto-fills. Say bye-bye to all that if you clear your cache.
