POP and DOLBY DIGITAL sound via optical cable help :(

I've got Abit NF7 mobo rev 2.0 .Conected 5.1 amplifer (with DD decoder) via optical cable .Sound appears , but it's not DD .Work all speakers .When i was playing DVD video movies all works fine : all chanels , amplifer switch to Dolby Digital mode (normaly starts in Dolby Prologic when recive other format sound or wrong format) .I think the game got a problem with a sound card .This same problem appears in Far Cry http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif .
