Could anyone tell me how to turn the intro clip on the Bonus Disc into the intro clip when the game opens? Or how to change into an ntrack file?

I think the only way to make a new intro sequence is to have the original track files. How to create intro files for campaigns, etc, is described in the manual I believe. I've never tried it, so I don't actually know how to do it.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">
