The video is great, if ppl had doubts about the game they shouldn't have after seeing the vid.

It was released during the BF CON 05 event in Germany over the weekend, there it was not in .mov quicktime format but a 66MB divx encoded avi and sound not as good as this one.

There was also released a 650 MB video, showing presentation at the event and an explaination of some of the new in-game features etc. like medic using defibrillator etc. Worth the download too.

I've never played the 1st one.

So it leads to this question. Does the 1st and will the 2nd have a single player mode?

More than simply gunning down a bunch of bots? I am not real big on playing 12 year olds with "potty mouths" on the net, which has been my experience.

The emphasis is on MP, but there are more support for SP play in this one I think. At least that is what is mentioned in the 650 MB presentation vid.

There will hopefully be a demo and the word is that in a week or so we will know when the demo will come out.

It will be interesting with the new Commander, Squad Leader feature and built-in VOIP.

With it as a regular player you report to your squald leader and he communicates to the commander so it should be more realistic command and control too in the game, and not everybody communicating with all. Should make it more interesting gameplay with more squads having to coordinate attacks etc.

WOW!,Bf2 is looking AMAZING!,those Graphics are breathtaking.
I like how the player model "runs" realistically,Instead of the animation you see in other FPS games.

That's not a Mirage, Demon, it's a J-10 Chengdu and some US military analysts believe that J-10 could pose a serious challenge to F/A-18E in terms of maneuverability.
