Greetings All,

Curious to know if Ubi plans to release a demo of SHIII. Something like 1 or 2 small missions?

Simple search of the board didn't turn anything up so what do you guys think?

The !!advanced!! search button is your friend.

Do your research! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Advanced Search is your friend, just hitting the 'Search' button seems very very unreliable.
And because of that, we need to expect the same questions to be brought up again and again

Not to those who refuse to buy an unknown game! Quite a few refuse to buy 'sight unseen' games. Too many have been burned in the past from getting games without trying them first.

of course most people will wait for a interactive demonstration of the game, it helps sales if you know what your buying http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

pretty much what hauitsme said above

I agree, it would be nice to see how the game would work on my system before I got it. It would also be nice if they would surprise us on the weekend and release one then, but I won't get my hopes up.

Hoenstly, a demo can be seen from2 perspectives
1. From the person that is mostl likely going to buy the game, demo will let him play the game early(if it comes out early) and let him know if he needs to upgrade his specs or not.
2. To the casual gamer, a demo will serve as a preview to the retail and will definitly increase sales.
My opinions:i think it will behoove(sp?)UBI to realease the demo BEFORE the game so all of you whoa re contemplating upgrading can do so BR+EFORE the game comes out. Just my opinion afterall
