Is that the part where Shadee is about to kill the empress? But then the Prince saves her? If it is I might be able to help.

no it's where you see the empress tell shadee to go kill the prince because he is comeing to the island.

go back to the water tower, climb all the way back up to the top (where you dropped from). Run the right wall and grab the pole and swing to the high platform, with the 3 sections. one section is to enable the water tower, the other to a time portal, and the third is the one that you used to activate the block to get to the ladders in the first place. Go to the time portal, and travel to the present. Run back out to the hallway heading towards the ladder. The game should lead you to the rest there.
