Throwing Knives Pickpocketing

Yeah i used the find feature, but i do not understand who im supposed to pickpocket for those throwing knives. Do i pickpocket guards or citizens or what??? I just finished the hospital assassination btw... So pls help

It won't work until after throwing knives ahave been returned to you, but as you walk through the city certain guys (kind burly with lots of knives in their belts) will highlight when they pass. You can either pickpocket them for up to 5 knives or kill them for 1 knife.

you have to wait till you get the ability to use throwing knives, and the guy you pick pocket kinda stand out a little bit, they're a little bigger than most of the citizens and when you're looking at them they'll light up giving you the ability to lock onto them, one of the most obvious differences between the thugs and citizens is instead of just one bland color gown, they're wearing several things that aren't the same color such as black shirt and tan pants, they also usually have a sash thing going across their chest
