Save... and watch your torp contact angles.
Everybody complained about the duds, but I found myself getting a very low percentage of duds, coz I was hitting the ships at 75-105 degrees.

I do the same , duds were G7e TII electric, set for magnetic which then ran deeper than set. Apparently, according to the weapons screen text when you select the TII it says that although the G7a steam torpedo had it's detonators fixed they did not fix the ones on the TII

How are you setting the depth for the magnetics ? If the draft is 9, say for a C3 Tanker, set the depth one more deeper to 10.

If you have rough seas, it's possible for the torp to drop to 12 or deeper, so this is where you might want set the depth a little shallower, or use the impact pin.

Target was an empire, distance 650m, weather excellent, wind 3kts set for 1m under as I have learnt to do from you all before and they ran under by at least 3m.
