END WAR super wepons

I am sry if this is answered somewhere else and trust me I tried to find it using the 'search function' but couldn't find any...

I was wondering if the superwepons as shown in the trailer (JSF kinetic strike) and in the book (Enforcer Corps laser cannons and GRU's suitcase 10 kiloton nuke) would be available in game AND have the same visual (imaginary) destructive power in the game?

P.S. If so would u die in using it like the general in the trailer considering some of the maps or would u have to start over with all new solders and be down ranked (if possible)?

hey hey I tried it, so noone after me bash him, there is no harm in trying lol. But nah is fake prolly. About the rank down if ya blow yerself, I would say thats very very possible, but still the rank shows your time and ability so lowering it really has no point, unless it could show a little box or something stating your last rank, so that people can tell, ur a beast coz you brought down the house, quite literally, on all the map lol.

Maybe a penalty would be easier, but I sitll think a box showing your previous rank would be kool, is like OMG this guy has brought down the rods twice already lol. Funny though. I'M OFF TO DA MOVIES wooot

good now that were on the same page. i dont know about the rank thing. do you think they will have ranks? such as when you start your PVT and when your done your a 5 star gen. i thought youd just rank up your squads......

But more on topic, I think you will almost definatly be able to use the Rods for EF and Kinetic Strike for JSF but I find it unlikely that the Russians would use a suitcase nuke. They probably have a trick or two up their sleeve.

GUys just ignore the kid, his life is to anoy people, I had one next door til I let my two small terriers on him and told him if he said something the next bites were gona be mine so lol.

Anywho, yeah I get his stuff, he is saying if your like....a general of 1 or w/e stars, and you get highest stuff, you get droped down, or penalize in equipment that would be kool, government dont trust you with the good stuff yet coz you blew up yer last veterans and stuff.

1-Penalise equipment like restarting yer upgrade tree or w/e
2- penalise your troop variety
3- I uno maybe not giving u brownie, that would be bad :P


PS: I am so used to typing chat and online games, as well as txt with my gf that I just gave up on grammar unless is something official that I actually need done right, if ya dont get something np I can retype it better I dont mind.

A nuke tipped cruise missile could do it. Cruise missiles fly at low levels and the missile shield probably couldn't take them out.

Lol thats what I'm wondering myself. But The suitcase nuke would involve an infantry-man running into the field and physically placing it there. This would be a HUGE disadvantage because the EF and USA can just call it down. Also i heard about something call a tactical nuke that is launched from more short ranges and flays pretty low, I guess that's what uber is talking about.

But Russians are tricky so I'm sure they have something.

anywho the thing in the BOOK was all the countries , with the shield coming up, decided to recycle most if not all nukes, for materials to be put to better use, as well as trash pits being dug up for the very last pieces of trash available. I dont think ALL nukes are gone, there is sitll a very very very small chance some part of the shield could be taken off somehow from space or from ground so still.

Duno what the russies might do with the suitcase, maybe a unmanned vehicle of some kind, car, low flying stuff duno duno. My best guess is as good as anyone's.

I guess killin your own troops, has more of an impact on your playing experience, since your troops are gond period, while others have the veterans, but there are people that agaiun, small chances of ambush or mistakes, get their army destroyed, so, I guess the constat supply of new man power will be there, so getting back up might be harder as the campaing goes on with the veteran armies going.

PS: ya know it wouldbe koll if each gov had its own strategic entity by the devs or I uno telling u what to do, not just take your army to this battlefield and play it out :P.


Or the calling of spec ops on certain field, by the goverment stuff like that, even force players to play certain fields when the nation is loosing to preserve key points I uno would be kool to have some sort of organized military chain, no just randoma rmies banding together, :P

A pre-battle strategy session with teammates would be a nice touch, that way you could go into the battle with a clear idea of what you have to do, rather then making a plan while you are already fighting.

Probably not, you can chat in battle and friend a guy afterward. But i think hooping for a full blown lobby were everyone can chat is just hopping for a little to much. Unless you meant something different.

wellI uno whow long ranger sans work, but I dont think you can detect if a nuke is a nuke from thousands of miles a way, is just yes a nuke was luanched coz we know is a nuke before hand, but a fluying plane, witha few missiles and a big one within it is not really noticable, duno duno.

About chat I dont remember reall how it works.

As its seen in the trailer well ya gota remember is like 1 mil square, so the rods will be powered down as well as lasers and cannons, but I would say to blow up at least 3/4 of the mpa from the center outwards that would be trully destructive and desperate.

dont worry it was talked long ago, but I think if it is succesful, I would surmise they might add the next phase of the war on the pacific theater ya know, or what has happens after wards duno really, coz what else are they gona add, it would be more of an expansion like you said than another game like I would like.

The answer to your question is yes. The super weapons will be usable after one factions has 60% control of the battle field. They can only be used once every match.

The russian nuke is a law level, low flying nuke. It cant be detected by the missile shield.

O see, so is like a flying below the level stuff :P, just like in frontlines, that is freacking scary watching a tactical nuke on the horizon.

I am wondering still how much % of the map is going to get blown after the weapons are used, knw are meteors, nukes well big nukes, but lasers are not know for making a big boom, unless are the hammers of dawn from gow :P, lasers just melt and go through everything so I dont really get what the EF super lasers do exacly besides being presice to a hair point.

maybe the EF laser's are like the Ion Cannon in C&C3 - will we even be able to see the laser? b/c most lasers are invisible to teh naked eye - that would be cool actually - you get alerted to the laser activating and suddenly half the map is dead - maybe a bright flash or something...

LOL that is awesome, but again lasers are light, so concentrate light to high potency might be able to be seen by the naked eye. :P
