First Person?

Yes, I know you can switch it to first person. But, in earlier game footage and trailers, you could see your gun. Although it's almost a Ghost Recon staple of not being able to see your gun, just the reticle, it's pretty disconserting. It sometimes makes me wonder whether or not I am actually shooting.

Does anyone know if I am just overlooking some setting or am is it just one of those "wish list" things?

For some reason the took the gun view away from the 360 version.

That sucks... It looked so cool in the trailers. That's another one of those, "Geez Ubi is stupid" moments. But then I remember that the game is so awesome and just settle for 3rd person.

I guess this game is great anyways, at least I've come to that conclusion after followin the game for 6 months

Ubi Soft took weapons out of the first person view to try to convince us to buy both the Xbox 360 and the PC versions which would of course give them more money.

In the PC version you can also modify weapons with different attachments. There is no reason why these things should have not been in the 360 version besides for Ubi being greedy.
