extract them to your pictures folder

What you do is extract em to a new folder,right click on your icon you wanna change,properties,then select the change icon button,browse to your new folder with the icons in it.
But they all look the same. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif
