I have just created my UPlay account for AC:R but how do I link my Xbox Live account to my UPlay account?

Hi there,

Just sign into Uplay on the console and it should ask you to enter the Uplay account details and link it for you.

Thanks, I managed to find out how to link my account while I was browsing around the game menu.

My original gamertag was Grossmesser. My new gamertag is Velcro Assassin. Says there is a problem with network coneection yet I'm on Live and my internet is fine. Someone help me please?

i know this is an old forum, but i have been playing ghost recon future soldier, and my uplay is still saying that there is no account linked to it, but i was able to sign in on the xbox with ease...

Please ensure the Uplay account details are the same on both the console and web. If this is the case then please contact technical support so they can take a look.

Okay, I have my gamertag linked to UPlay on my console but I cannot link it on my computer. Is it possible to do that? I can't do anything in the GR Network because it tells me to link my GT.

Im certain im linked already. Any help would be appreciated.

This Uplay account only has Facebook linked to it. Your Gamertag is likely linked to another account, which is why they can't find each other.
Please contact Support using the links in my signature for us to help you get everything linked.

I don't see any links associated with this Uplay account. Do you have another Uplay account?

No your right after logging into uplay, i found that i have not linked the account. Thanks for your feedback

Tried to link my Xbox with Ghost Recon Network on my iPad but when I tried to change the email address and password on uPlay on my XBox from my old one to my new one it said the email was in use with another UBISoft account....HELP!!!

do you download it from the marketplace? or when it pops up whe ur playing for example ac2 on xbox and hit the menu button and it sighns u in???

I been trying to link my xbox Uplay since AC2 but it forces me to keep Email: Undefined. Trying using any email it says field is blank, made this account to use this email to link: Email in use. Gah.Hope support can help.

Oh so made a new account. Hope that doesnt confuse the supprt i sent tickets to form the dirifter account. har har har. Still need to see if my spam of questions get my xbox linked to this account.

So they need to be the same to make it work? Well besides uplay on xbox not allowing me to put in an email or anything I noticed my birth date is wrong with no way to change it. Would I need to make a new account with the wrong birth date so it links then have them change the birth date?
