I get this every single game I try to join.. I have my firewall off, my anti-virus off, dmz host enabled, ports opened, i have tried EVERYTHING.. what the hell is going on? If this don't get fixed I want my money back!

You didn't mention the firmware of your router. Check to ensure it's the newest one available, if not update it.
