Lost game gold ;(

While I was disconnected 1+ hour into a skirmish I waited to see if it would reconnect. It did and I continued to play out the game.

But when I won, there was NO gold added to my account. None. I would have gotten 1500-2000 gold but didn't. What a waste of freaking time!

Anyone else have this happen?

Reload the latest savegame?

I've noticed that in the campaign the gold wouldn't get added either when it had that "No continue" bug.

And when i reloaded a game from just before i won, and it worked, the gold would be added correctly.

Perhaps same thing?

I don't save the skirmish games. And I shouldn't have to! Just in case I get disconnected?

Interesting, so reloading a saved game right before the win and letting it play out gives gold the second and subsequent times that you do it? Sounds like a loophole that will likely get fixed knowing how BB does their Anno games to prevent cheating in them.

Edit: Apparently not on a campaign map save, but maybe on skirmish? I don't have any skirmish saves right before the win to try it though

It shouldn't pay out a second time, but it does pay out when the win haven't been registered the first time. The infamous "Can't continue campaign" bug.
