we've toyed with the idea, just havent actually gotten that section fully running yet

Not sure if we are talking abouut the same thing here but 2nd Talon Win, Wedge Tailed Eagles, Australia has just started a formation aerobatic team using La5FNs.

Being Aussie there could be a problem with lag and ping for such exacting flying, plus there is the time zone situation as well.
