Can't Log On...

Just bought this game in Australia. I disabled my firewall and also I'm sure I don't get on the internet with a proxy server but I can't log onto the Ubisoft Servers and I can't access ACB multiplayer at all.

Are the Australia Ubisoft servers down right now? What is going on?
