I played the game and suddenly lost many hours of saved gameplay. I read FAQ and tried the solution it offered. That only deleted the rest of the saved data so I returned the deleted files.
I contacted support but I only got a response written in bad english. The response didn't contain solution. It thanked me, then it said to update, not post new question, then apologies and then says that I can contact again if I have more issues.
I know tech support can be a boring job with low pay but still... Every time I get support for some game, I never get it. Usually those people don't even read my question.
