The Game Shut Down At the begining of Chapter 5 ( the Spiders )

Just bough the game 4 days ago.
Cant go further than chapter 5 it shuts down the game. Error (want to send info blblabla)

What do I do ?

Window XP, centrino 1,8ghz, I have a good card I think.

this happened to me to i just loaded the save before the last one and it worked fine i played past the part it was freezing at hope it will work for you
